A Quick Autobio

Hey Dan! and all our readers...

We decided to include some autobiographical info along with some other things. I was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico and after many moves ended up in Tampa, FL. I went to Villa Madonna my sixth grade year and Dani had just left Villa to attend a different school. Our middle school years, we had heard about eachother, but never actually met. It turned out that we would be attending the same high school, so naturally, we became friends. I would say that Senior year was the highlight for both of us, well along with some definate downsides. Anyway, we talked about doing something with fashion that entire year, brainstorming about a number of possibilities. Dani is definately talented when it comes to putting things together and anticipating trends, so it was no surprise that she would choose a career path involving fashion. I,

however, decided to attend Smith College and am currently a Studio Art Major. I'de love to do something with fashion photography, but I definately haven't made a decision about that yet. That's all for now...I can get in depth about Senior Year but I dont think I'm ready to relive all of those memories....which reminds me, Dani I need to talk to you about photo ideas...

Ideas for Spring Break Projects

Rumi again...i'de really like to somehow alter a sweater to look similar to this...i also like her fringe skirt...which i might also need to make. Lots of projects

Miss Match Fever

So today I had my big fashion test where we had an hour to make a sample that we were not aware of yet. The students before my set time came out of the lab room and kept telling my friends and I "good luck" and said it was so hard that no one finished. So we all were slightly nervous after that. However, I made a shirt with a collor and darts and tucks and what not. I finished 15 minutes early! I did not follow their directions though, I think that is why I got done early. I did everything right and correctly, it was the directions that killed everyone because they were hard to process. I am so happy it is over with and it looked tremendously cute! Hope your classes are going well.

Alright when we get together soon we are altering like crazy and I ADORE THIS shoe so what I think I'm going to do is alter one of my heels I rarely wear. So bring shoes and what ever you want altered when we hangout, I have loads of things and if we need more Joann and Michaels isn't far.
