So I went to a partay on Saturday themed the Oscars...but since i didn't want to walk all the way to the Quad in a gown, which is a 15 min walk in 20 degree whether, I decided to come up with a Sparkly alternative. Vintage 80's top, Charlotte Russe fitted Skirt, ripped tights, studded belt, and Joey pumps.
